Sales Advisor
Full Time | £21,674 | £29k OTE
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Advisor who’s great at hitting targets and loves providing amazing customer service as part of a warm and friendly B2C Sales Team.

What you’ll be doing
Acquiring new customers is super important to our growth and success. You’ll make outbound calls to warm leads and explain the benefits of allowing us to take care of all their utility bills such as unlimited energy and not having to chase housemates for their share of the bill. As this isn’t a cold-calling role, you’ll have a really pleasant experience talking to our customers who have signed up via the website or been referred by their landlords or letting agents. There’s targets and KPIs to consider, so being good at managing your time and setting the bar high (which happens to be one of our values) is super important in this role.

What you’ll get from us
You can expect a salary of £21,674 per annum which will increase to £23,796 in April plus an uplift each year to say thanks

We like to make sure you're set up for success from day one and have all of the relevant tools and training. Therefore, during your probation period, you'll work full-time from our office in Ouseburn. Some of our teams work hybrid with a couple of days at home - your manager will discuss this with you after your probation period if applicable.
