About The Role

SBFM is one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing soft FM service providers, offering the full range of professional cleaning services nationwide.

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Cleaning Manager to join our business on a permanent basis, working with our Hygiene Team based in CoventryCV3 4PE.

The working pattern:

• Monday to Friday 7am-3pm

You may be required to work occasional night shifts on an ad-hoc basis

The main duties of the role:

• Managing a team of cleaners
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Dust control in all areas
• Cleaning mirrors and glass
• Disposal of litter
• Sanitising all sanitary ware
• Replenishing soaps, toilet rolls and hand towels

The Candidate will be:

• An enthusiastic energetic team player
• Able to work the required days and times
• Reliable and punctual
• Polite and courteous to all staff and customers
• Wanting to exceed targets and progress in the company
