Job description
Leading home counties firm has a new opportunity for a Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate.
Their highly rated commercial property team is rated in L500 and Chambers and the firm is acknowledged in The Times Best Law Firms 2024. They handle the whole range of commercial and development property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, leases, portfolio management and property finance.
You will manage your own caseload and also actively engage in marketing and business development to contribute to the growth of the property practice. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and nurturing junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen and a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice.
