Job description

Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator for a prestigious manufacturing client based in Crawley.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administration or office role, experience within the manufacturing industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Inputting data to raise Purchase Orders.
* Booking in Purchase Orders once raised.
* Inputting data to produce Customer Delivery notes.
* Booking goods in for delivery.
* Data entry into bespoke system.
* General filing and scanning duties.
* Managing email in-box, following up with any enquiries.
* Computer literate, with strong written & verbal skills.
* Have the ability to manage and prioritise work load, supporting the smooth running of the business.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 09:00am- 5:00pm with an early finish on a Friday.
