Job description

Mind in Camden is an exciting charity undertaking groundbreaking partnership projects that work alongside people, organisations and communities to make positive changes in mental health. We work mainly in Camden, but our projects have a national and even international reach. We currently employ 30 staff and a number of volunteers.

Our values around mental health are crucial to us – we see the people who use our services as having life experience and expertise to offer, rather than as passive recipients of diagnoses, labels, support, therapy or care.

Our current Chief Executive is retiring, and so we are now looking for the right candidate who fully embraces our mission and enacts our values to take our vision forward. This is a full time, permanent role.

To be considered for this post you will need to be a proven leader who will be experienced in all areas of the management, governance, strategy, fundraising and sustainability of an organisation.
