Job description

Rota Nanny to 4 children aged between 4-12 (one week on one week off)
Boys aged 4 and 6 girls 10 and 12

The nanny will be responsible for planning fun, stimulating activities for the children, and keeping the parents informed by keeping a diary of the children’s movements and activities. You will also be expected to carry out light nursery duties such as replacing clothes that are too small, organising extra-curricular activities and generally keeping up with a busy family. The nanny will need to prepare breakfast in the morning for the children but then the chef arrives later in the day and will prepare lunch and dinner for everyone. Other duties include but are not limited to:

-Plan age appropriate activities and outings
-Assist with bedtime routines and ensure a proper sleep schedule
-Collaborate with parents to address unique needs of each child.
-Monitor and support children's developmental milestones.
- Maintain a calendar of school events, parent teacher meetings and other important dates.
-Foster a positive attitude towards education and learning.

The house is fully staffed including chefs, housekeepers, drivers, so any prior experience in this kind of household will be highly advantageous. You will need to be confident doing sole charge as well as working within a team with the other nanny and staff members so excellent communication and confidence is a must. Must be available to travel with the family at 2 weeks at a time.

Additionally, any nannies with a strong academic background and/or are educationally focused are strongly preferred and all candidates must have excellent, native-level English.

To be considered for this role, you must have a paediatric first aid and an up-to-date enhanced DBS.

Salary: £55-60k, 1 week on 1 week off.

Start: ASAP (happy to wait for the right candidate)
