Site Manager Location – PlymouthRate – CompetitiveDuration - Six months rolling contractMy client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Plymouth, who is currently looking for multiple site managers on a 6 months rolling contract position.RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costsLiaising with the client, other construction professionalsCoordinating and supervising construction workersSelecting tools and materialsMaking safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safetyChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control proceduresOrdering Plant and MaterialsCollation of documents and As Built RecordsCost and Programme ManagementManagement and Supervision of Temporary WorksRecord Keeping and report writing.Client liaison and coordination/interface

REQUIREMENTS:
