About the role 

Our Marketing Assistant will be a key asset in our team, supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns across our business units. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination. With opportunities to contribute to the wider brand and marketing strategy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, our Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining our online presence and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles and presence.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Campaign Coordination:

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels to deliver against our demand generation targets.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage the execution of email campaigns through our HubSpot platform. 

Team Support:

• Provide general support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organising marketing collateral. 
• Assist in coordinating and attending marketing events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

• Must have 1-2 years experience (internship or work experience) in a marketing or communications role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in website management and content management systems (CMS) preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is advantageous.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and software applications is a plus.
• A curiosity and interest to keep on top of marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Interview Process

• Talent Screen: We’ll book you in for a quick introductory chat, and to answer any initial questions you might have.
• Meet your manager: We’ll book you in for a first interview with your potential future manager, so you can learn more about the role and we get a deeper understanding of your experience.
• Values Interview: You’ll meet more members of the team to talk about the Lantum Values. This will be an opportunity for them to ask competency questions and also the chance for you to ask questions about life at Lantum.
