Location: Havering
Salary: £110 - £230 per day
Start Date: Easter Start
Contract Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking R.E lessons to secondary school students
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the R.E curriculum
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage critical thinking and open discussion on religious and ethical topics

 
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Religious Education
- Experience teaching R.E at secondary school level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students effectively
- Commitment to promoting tolerance, understanding, and respect for all beliefs
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection practices
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service
