Grantham
Salary £33,000

Beautiful purpose built care home in Grantham, that specialises in care for the elderly with dementia, you will be supporting the manager on a day to day basis. You will be working for a Nationwide Charity that offers support and development to their staff.

ABOUT YOU
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 4 or 5. In addition
• Previous management experience in a elderly care setting
• Have a get stuck in attitude
• Great communication skills
• Have a passion for care and providing high standards
