Job Overview: Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a key client who have a strong presence across the North West.
Working within the Treasury function, we are looking for someone to join in an Analyst position, ideally with a background in Financial Services, and/ or exposure to Treasury. The role will provide exposure to key stakeholders across the business as the business continues their growth trajectory, supporting on a variety of projects to collate, analyse and interpret financial data. Above all else, what is important is an ambitious attitude, an excellent data skillset and a strong desire to seek of problems and present solutions.
The role is offering a basic salary of £40k-£45k DOE, an extensive benefits package, hybrid working (3 days in the office), and a people centric culture.

Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Location: South Manchester, hybrid working (3 days a week)
Main Duties: - Work closely with key stakeholders across the team, including C-Suite to collate, analyse and interpret financial data.
- Use a strong analytical mindset to manipulate financial data and create reports and tables to be used for commercial insight.
- Design and implement data cleansing and best practice processes.
- Make recommendations to improve processes to enhance efficiencies of data-related workflows.
Person Specification: - Exceptional analytical skillset.
- Relevant experience working in a financial service and/ or treasury team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
