Job description
Role:Mechanical Fitter
Location:Wakefield based permanent work with a reputable engineering company
Schedule:Monday-Friday
Salary:£16-£17.00 per hour with additional benefits

Requirements:
Apprentice trained or qualified to minimum HNC/HND level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Must have an understanding of engineering drawings.
Knowledge of working with electrical and Pneumatic components would be preferred
Bench fitting skills.
Experience working in an engineering environment.
Experience with lifting equipment
Duties and responsibilities
Build machinery from individual components.
Assemble manufactured parts into sub-assemblies.
Conduct risk assessments
Adhere to health and safety at all times.
Maintain machinery.
Take care of facility and company equipment
Participate in meetings and training for development.
Maintain machinery
