Your new role
You will join an expanding corporate team and will undertake a wide range of corporate work including M&A, capital markets, joint ventures, some corporate finance work and more general corporate advisory work. The majority of your clients will consist of startups, private companies and PLCs and will provide them with support on corporate issues and transactions with an international element. If suitable, you will also assist junior solicitors and paralegals in their work and training,
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have good experience of transactional work and technical knowledge of corporate law. A commercial understanding of what is needed to grow and develop a corporate practice is also needed, alongside an excellent can-do attitude when participating in business development.
