Construction Site Manager

I am very excited to to bring this excellent opportunity to the market!

I am currntly recruiting for a consruction manager for an historic building renovation in Wiltshire. The site will be technical and complicated with multiple rooms across a large building footprint being renovated and converted. This is a grade 1 listed building so experience of English Heritage and Historic England is essential. 

This is an 18 month to 2 year project. CIS or limited business (outside of scope IR35) payments are available.
