Job Description



We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager for Big Drop Brewing Co which is one of the founding alcohol-free beer brands. We make great tasting beer that just happens to be alcohol free & have won over 100 awards, some against full strength beer! We are currently distributed in the UK, Europe, USA & Australia. 

As the Marketing Manager for Big Drop Brewing Co, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote The Big Drop Brand brand, increase sales, and maintain a strong market presence. This role involves managing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, focusing on the on-trade, off-trade, and export channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image, driving customer engagement, and supporting our business objectives.

Requirements:
• Previous brand / marketing experience.
• Previous experience in working across ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in project management from initiation to successful completion.
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration.
• Profound comprehension of the FMCG industry.
• In-depth understanding of On, Off Trade, and Export Markets.
• Understanding of annual brand planning and presentation process.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking skills to formulate a cohesive plan.
• Proficient in budget management.
• Robust abilities in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Adept at making decisions based on data-driven insights.
