Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will support the Sports & Entertainment marketing team with its day-to-day responsibilities, assisting in relieving administrative tasks from senior members.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Manage office sports & entertainment samples, ensuring tidy storage and organization.
- Assist in logistics, including the delivery of products to influencers, clients, and football clubs in the UK & Europe.
- Handle administrative tasks such as Purchase Order management, senior staff expenses, and event planning.
- Aid in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and mature approach, capable of working with initiative.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to competently interact with customers/external clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Well-organized and flexible team-player.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with a solid understanding of PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably more.

- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
