About the Role

The Humbleyard Practice are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to work a number of sessions per week (flexible). 

The mission of the partners of The Humbleyard Practice is sustained delivery of high-quality primary health care. The objectives of the Partnership in 2024 are:

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications:

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
  
• Be on the NHSE medical performers list

About Us

We are a large, semi-rural, dispensing, research and GP training practice operating over three surgery sites (Hethersett, Cringleford and Mulbarton) just to the southwest of the fine city of Norwich. We have a fast-growing list size of 22,000 patients and we are part of the 5-practice Kett’s Oak Primary Care Network.

• 7 GP partners and 6 salaried GPs
• 2 physician associates
• Enhanced care practitioner
• Nursing team – led by nurse manager
  • 1 ANP (advanced nurse practitioner), 9 practice nurses, 5 health care assistants
  • Practice nurse and HCA training.
  • Growing team of research-qualified nurses
  • Housebound/care home outreach Team (3)
• Pharmacy team (3)
• Mental health team (3)
• First contact physiotherapy (2) (Norfolk Community Health & Care)
• Social prescribers (3) (South Norfolk & Broadland District Council)
• Dispensary team (6)
• Reception team (22)
• Administration and secretarial team (12)
• Management and support team (11)
