An opportunity has arisen for a  Senior Analyst – FP&A  to join the Finance department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Finance lead on co-ordinating and consolidating the monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting process for Fortescue WAE working closely with the Finance Business Partners, Financial Controller and Opex and Capex cost centre owners

Job role:

• Co-ordinate the monthly financial reporting process ensuring the timetable is adhered to and all reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Co-ordinate the quarterly forecasting process ensuring all outputs are delivered on time and procedures are managed efficiently.
• Support the key business stakeholders in consolidating the month end financial reporting pack.
• Prepare the budget/forecast detailed pack by consolidating inputs from the 5 Business Units and Opex and Capex owners. 
• Support the Senior Finance team and Finance Business Partners in consolidating and preparing the Quarterly forecast presentation and supporting analysis including management presentations.
• Play an active role in the development of all month end reporting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Support in the development of financial insights into business performance which can be used to assist management in effective decision making.
• Be the Anaplan champion for the Fortescue WAE business.

You’ll have:

• Qualified accountant with post qualified experience
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Anaplan
• Power BI

Location:

Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

This role will include working at the head office in Grove until an office move to Kidlington in spring 2024.
