Bid Coordinator

Woking (hybrid)
Full time, permanent
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

The role

As a Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the end to end tender process and producing well written and comprehensive responses to bids and tenders for the organisation. You will be able to tell our client's story, and demonstrate their success and experience against the organisation’s tender requirements, whilst linking their capabilities to the customers digital transformation objectives and GDS standards to demonstrate how our client can meet and exceed their needs.

Task and responsibilities include

Our client is looking for a driven, hard-working individual with excellent written skills. As part of this role, you will be expected to work with operational colleagues to provide professionally written proposals and presentations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, to ensure effective coordination and completion of tenders within strict deadlines.
