Teacher of Maths – Role Description
- Full-time, Mon – Fri
- September 2024 start date
- Deliver a enriched, balanced and differentiated curriculum
- Teach Maths to KS3 and KS4 to a high standard
- Motivate students to engage and thrive in your subject
- Plan lessons, develop resources and syllabuses
- Maintain appropriate records
Teacher of Maths – Role Requirements
- QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
- Teaching experience at secondary level
- Able to implement effective teaching strategies
- Knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4
- Able to write lesson plans, develop resources and assess students’ work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate students and raise their aspirations
- Good level of ICT skills
