Job description

Warehouse Operatives - Immediate Start - Whetstone (LE8).

Our fantastic client who are food distributer in Whetstone are currently seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join their friendly team.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting goods in area and taking stock to allocated sections
Replenishing stock
Rotating stock dates and ensuring that dates are managed
Storing products neatly in fridge, freezer and ambient environments
Picking orders based on customer bookings
Serving customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction.

We ask that all applicants for this role meet the following criteria:

- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable with lifting and shifting heavier items
- Comfortable with occasional work in cold storage areas
- Hard working, punctual and reliable attitude towards work.

Our client has asked that applicants have a driving licence and their own transport.

Having an in date FLT licence or FLT experience would be great!

This role offers ongoing work with an immediate start date.

You will be working Monday to Friday, shifts start at 08:00 and usual finish is 17:00.

In return for your hard work, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.75.
