Chef Manager - Term time only - Croydon
Salary - £25,500
Hours - Term time only - Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Chef Manager, ideally in an educational setting looking for a work life balance?

Friendly primary school in Beckenham are looking to recruit a Chef Manager to manage the small friendly team. You will be working for one of the leading contract catering companies.

What do you need to get the job as a Chef Manager.

* Previous Head Chef/Chef Manager experience, ideally in education setting * Catering qualifications at 706/1 706/2 or NVQ 2
* Knowledge of Food hygiene and Food Safety
* Team Player, excellent attitude and a steady career history.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene.
Responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders.
Producing menus and new dishes.
Develop and train the junior members of the team.
To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards.
