A successful and well-run property development business based in North-West London are looking for a strong administrator to join the team.
Salary: £19,500
The Role
- Converting enquiries to appointments for the company’s Surveyors and Installers.
- Calling inbound enquiries that come in via email and booking surveys.
- Planning Installers’ diaries.
- Planning Surveyors’ diaries.
- Handling internal/external calls
- Updating internal MS Access Database
- General admin support duties
Required Skills/Experience
- A “can do” attitude
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work as part of a small team
