Earning Potential: Average salary $90k-$120k (base + uncapped commission)

The Fundamentals for Success:

We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager with a drive for results and a commitment to customer satisfaction to join our team in (CIty,State). As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their laser hair removal journey, creating tailored treatment packages, and leading a team to success. This role offers competitive earning potential with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience & Skills

• Proven success in consultative sales, especially in a service-oriented industry
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software

Position Responsibilities

• Discretion with confidential information is a must
• Foster a culture of world class customer service
• Educate clients on laser hair removal
• Promote and recommend treatment packages
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
