Departmental Administrator

Do you have the ability to provide high-level administrative support? Are you well organised and able to manage your own time whilst working flexibly and pro-actively? Do you have excellent people’s skills and a can-do attitude? 

The Accounting and Finance department is one of the six departments of the Leeds University Business School, a world-leading Business School. Directed by the Head of Department Professor Konstantinos Bozos, you will be line managed by the departments’ Administration Manager to deliver successfully on projects and activities. You will be a member of a busy team, providing high quality and pro-active administrative support to the wider departmental community. The work of this role is wide and varied, ranging from organising meetings and events to supporting financial processes and Health and Safety reporting, to facilitate the effective functioning of the team, department and the wider school. You will also be a first point of contact for external and internal colleagues and students. As such, the role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
