In this exciting role, you’ll uncover the best talent on market to fill vacancies for your global clients. You’ll use a range of channels to find quality candidates before screening them to see if they’d fit the role you have on offer.

You’ll work with the senior recruitment team to perfect the pitching process for candidates – you’ll soon have an endless stream of candidates who’re eager to work for your clients!

About The Role:

• As a Recruitment Resourcer, it’s your responsibility to uncover the best talent on the market to fill all vacancies you have
• You’ll use a variety of tools to find your candidates, including headhunting, job boards and LinkedIn
• You will call the candidates you find, screening them for their attitude, knowledge and skillset, to see if they could join your clients
• When you find great candidates, you must build the ultimate candidate profile to aid their application
• You’ll work with the senior recruitment team to enhance your screening process and uncover ways to find more candidates

You Will Need To Have/Be:

• Previous experience in a recruitment role
• Personable, characteristic and a natural rapport-builder
• Unafraid of picking up the phone and contacting candidates
• Highly organised and efficient with your time

Sound Interesting?

Candidates with experience in roles such as Recruitment Consultant, Talent Attraction specialist, Recruitment Specialist, Delivery Consultant, Specialist Recruiter and 180 Recruitment Consultant will all be considered.
