Job description

As the Head of Product and Supply Chain you will:

• Support the team, ensuring they have clear objectives, access to training and development, and are well motivated
• Take time to learn the Supply Chain and Product portfolio, highlighting opportunities and risk. This will include a capacity review against the order book, supplier performance, and working with the commercial teams to understand shifting market dynamics
• Lead key projects outside the BAU activity, this could include systems selection and implementation, sustainability reviews, and investment requirements for a longer term outlook
• Enable better access to Supply Chain data, supporting agile customer requests and highlighting potential issues as early as possible
• As a member of the SLT contribute to delivering overall business objectives
