About the Business Division:

This role sits within Doctors.net.uk, a subsidiary of M3 Inc. Doctors.net.uk is the UK's largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. Products range from a trusted email communications platform to robust news and educational web pages along with our world-class sponsored pharmaceutical content and doctors’ own user-generated content. Our mission is to continually improve these offerings as well as identifying new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their careers.

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of web/mobile applications in an agile environment 
• Produce well tested and documented code 
• Take ownership for the development of small features, under the supervision of a more senior team members who can provide support and guidance 
• Develop skills while working under supervision to deliver software applications in a multidisciplinary team 

Qualifications

• Proficient in the development of web applications in JavaScript/TypeScipt using Node.js and ReactJS
• Experience developing software applications that use databases such as Postgres, MSSQL 
• Solid understanding of automated testing principles 
• Has an understanding of Agile process 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Self-motivated and delivery focused 

Desirable  

• Experience working with ReactJS component libraries. 
• Experience working with Docker containers. 
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS). 
• Experience developing applications in C# or PHP
