Anti-Social Behaviour and Serious Violence Analyst – HC615341
Location: Mottisfont Court, Winchester
Salary: Scale SO1, £33,915.00 - £35,982.00 pa (plus a market supplement of £1500 pa)
Hours: 37.00 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31/03/2025

We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month role that will make a real difference to our approach in tackling serious violence and anti-social behaviour.
As an analyst you will be involved in a range of analytical work, understanding how we police our communities ethically and effectively as well as analysing demand on our resources. It is all about collecting, exploiting, assessing and interpreting a range of overt and covert data and information sources as well as delivering valuable and influential analysis and insight to tackle threat, risk and harm.

We offer a competitive salary with 24 days annual leave. After the initial training period, there is an opportunity for some flexibility in the role (e.g. two days per week in the office and three days working from home), however this will depend on workload and competency level. Qualifications – Are you educated to QCF Level 6 or have equivalent, relevant work experience?

Team working – Please tell us about your experiences of negotiating terms of reference, meeting customer deadlines, and information sharing.
