Job description
This role will be selling the company’s full range of “Construction Products” – these include Membranes (both wall and floor), vapour control layers, air tightness, gas protection, timber wrapping, cavity closures/trays, underfloor & cavity wall vents. This role is selling via specification predominantly into National/Regional Housebuilders, Architects & Local Authorities. Lots of work with Timber Frame Contractors and following projects through via specialist sub-contractors. Projects are nearly all newbuild residential. This is a key area with lots of projects and accounts to inherit. Covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire & Northamptonshire .
The company are a very well established business and through significant investment and modernisation they have strengthened their already strong standing in the market place.
My client is looking for a hungry/tenacious self-starter who ideally has experience selling into specification – this could be Architects, Local Authorities or House Builder. Preferably you will have a Heavy Side Product background and be a strong demand creator. A positive, team focused outlook is important together with good levels of enthusiasm and drive.
