Labourer
Joshua Robert are working with a well-known Housing Association UK based, on a number of roles up and down the country.
They are looking for an experienced Labourer Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire
Role purpose:
To provide a support service to the existing responsive repairs team assisting with manual handling, waste management, and other duties at the discretion of the responsive repairs team
Key results:
· Good general communication and problem-solving skills
· Commitment to providing great customer service
· Working with Asbestos and willingness to undertake asbestos training including face fit
Success metrics:
· Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame to a high standard and quality and communicate progress to colleagues
· Comply & adhere to all Health and Safety policies including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS
· Conduct yourself appropriately, ensure the corporate code of conduct & brand guidelines are adhered to (i.e. punctuality, clean vehicle, uniforms and site appearance)
· To comply with company policies, procedures and standards
About you:
You will be:
· Able to work on your own initiative either as a team or on your own
· Take ownership of issues/problems and sees them through to a satisfactory conclusion
· Respectful to customers, neighbours, homes and personal items
You will have:
· An awareness in manual handling, ladder safety, working at height, first aid, and health & safety
· Experience of working within occupied properties
· A full clean driving license
Working Week:
Monday to Friday
8am till 5pm
