SEND Lunchtime Supervisors Wanted in Southwark!
Location: Southwark
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP, March 2024
Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities as a SEND lunchtime supervisors:
- As a SEND Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during lunch breaks for students with SEND.
- Supervise and engage with students, fostering a positive atmosphere and encouraging social interaction.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies that cater to the specific needs of students with SEND.
- Provide support in managing any challenges that may arise during lunchtime activities.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing school environment for all students.
Requirements as a SEND lunchtime supervisors:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to work with students with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with an enhanced DBS on the update service.
