Job description
Immediate requirement for a Managing Quantity Surveyor in the Colchester area.
As the successful applicant, you act as the main commercial lead on the pre-construction of various multi-million pound Highways projects in the Colchester area.
A good knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts and a background in Commercial Management on Highways projects is essential as well as experience with earthworks, drainage and road.
The workload is increasing in the area so as the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for covering multiple projects across Colchester.
Rate negotiable.
