Multi-Drop Class 2 Driver

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 driver to join a successful business near to Welshpool. This will be a temporary to permanent position with a starting salary of £34,600 per annum with potential to increase to £35,600 per annum after probationary period. The working hours are as follows:

• Full time
• 46 hours per week
• 2 nights per week required (night out allowance in line with HMRC guidelines)

Roles and responsibilities

• Multi-drop delivery, mixture of loose and palletised plants
• Loading/unloading.
• Will be using a dedicated 28T DAF with tail lift.
• Nationwide deliveries including Cities.
• Physically demanding due to nature of the goods to unload

Experience and qualifications

• Experience in a similar role required.
• Full, clean HGV driving licence essential.
