The Role:
- Logging of claims via email and post
- Requesting further information from customers and vets directly
- Matching requested information to the claims
- Allocating claims to the desired person/queue
- Assisting with queries from the business and customers
- Triaging claims
- Escalation queries
- Reporting to the team leader and collating information
- Reporting any system errors
- Working with the team leader/team to enhance processes
- Reaching out to veterinary practices for additional information, when required.
