**Job Opportunity: Manager, Debt Advisory Team**
Morgan McKinley is seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our clients dynamic Debt Advisory division as a Manager based in Reading with time spent in London. This is a hybrid role and offers flexibility of time spent in the 2 locations with a preference to the Reading office due to client requirements.
**About Our Client: **
Morgan McKinley is supporting a key client of ours who are Corporate Finance Specialists, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, valuations, and financial restructuring who are driven to support their clients around the complexities of the corporate world.
**The Team**
An awarding winning Debt Advisory team, which is integral to the Corporate Finance practice. They have a remarkable track record, in delivering new records of transactions in the last 2 years, resulting in incredible growth and hence why they have this newly created role.
**Role Responsibilities: **
- Manage day-to-day transaction processes, including information pack preparation, presentations, financial analysis, and client communications.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, assess debt capacity, evaluate financing options, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present financial models, including business forecast analysis and scenario evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of debt-related transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and financial regulations impacting debt markets.
- Negotiate commercial terms related to debt structuring within term sheets and legal documentation.
**Your Skills & Experience: **
- Proven experience (preferably 3 years) in debt advisory, leverage finance, corporate finance, or related roles.
- The ideal candidate will come from a Banking, Finance Practice (top 10) or Corporate Finance background with a relevant qualifications.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analysing complex financial data. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to convey complex financial concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- General awareness of debt markets, financing options, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborative team player, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
**Package and Benefits: **
- Up to £75k base salary dependent on experience and skill set
- 27 days' holiday.
