We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Europe, located in Farnborough, UK.

About the position:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will provide engineering and technical support for moderate to complex assignments and will be the primary interface with Fluor discipline engineers.
This position requires utilising advanced knowledge which is predominantly intellectual in character and exercising discretion and judgment. The advanced knowledge is in a field of science or learning, gained through a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction, experience, and expertise acquired in the field.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• To apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all areas of assignments
• To assist others with engineering problems and methods
• Use advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the relevant field of process work
• To represent Process Technology in meetings with internal and external Clients relating to the execution of the company’s projects
• To develop schedules, man hour estimates and manpower plans for the process scopes of work on projects
• To supervise and check the work of junior engineers

Basic Job Requirements

Other responsibilities will include:
• Help develop and execute strategies to promote how our products and services help our customers and communities achieve their sustainability goals
• Communicate broadly and regularly about sustainability program success to instill a general level of expectation and engagement by all employees
• Program manage all sustainability projects
• Support production of the annual sustainability report
• Monitor industry best practices in sustainability analyses

Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering)
•Significant experience withing Advanced Technology & Life Science industry
• Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communications skills
• You have a strong reputation among international peers and may be involved in various external associations and societies to be at the forefront of current developments in the industry
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
• Flexible and willing to travel
• Finally, you enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues from around the world
