Description: Full or Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Battersea, South West London.
•    Mon to Fri
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL
•    Up to £14 PER UDA 
•    50% split on Private
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 4 surgery practice
•    4 Associates & 1 Hygienist on-site
•    iTero Scanner
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary Endo
•    Qualified nurse support
•    Full support team including on-site PM
•    Existing, well maintained lists
•    Available now, negotiable start date

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
