About the Position
You will join our new team based in Plymouth, Devon called internally 'Client and Adviser Support' playing a crucial role in helping to shape new processes and service delivery. Dedicated to supporting one or two advisors, you will be responsible for every aspect of business facilitation from diary management and administrative support through to case management and client relationship building.

What You Will Do
- Utilise Xplan for the development and enhancement of our digital financial planning tools.
- Employ effective communication strategies to engage with clients, Financial Planners and team members alike.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges in financial planning processes.
- Manage your time efficiently to meet the needs of your clients, your Financial Planners and project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members to refine financial planning processes and strategies.
- Contributing to the development and upkeep of our digital platforms.
- Supporting Financial Planners and clients with technical and financial planning enquiries.
- Producing accurate and detailed financial planning documentation through the use of our bespoke version of XPlan.
Skills and traits we are looking for - 2 years of administration experience working within an IFA firm or similar FS role.
- Proficiency in using Xplan or similar CRM tools and a strong foundation in software development principles.
- Intermediate Excel skills - VLookups, Pivot tables.
- Outstanding communication abilities, with an emphasis on clear and concise interactions.
- Adept at problem-solving and capable of fact finding and analytical thinking.
- Efficient time management skills, with a proven track record of owning your workloads, meeting deadlines, managing diaries, task prioritisation and effective project administration
- A collaborative spirit who shares ideas and learnings, adaptability, attention to detail, and creativity.
