Job requirements The Role: As a vital part of our team, you'll work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that our clients receive top-tier service within agreed upon parameters. Your role will involve maintaining efficiency and effectiveness while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines. What you will be doing: Collaborating with your team to ensure adherence to internal procedures, pension legislation, and service standards Assisting the Team Leader in workload management to optimize efficiency and address any obstacles hindering team performance Coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to promptly resolve service issues Working alongside our client relationship management team to efficiently handle resources and meet client expectations Contributing to the development and training of team members to meet both company standards and individual career aspirations Generating timely Administration reports for clients and addressing any related queries Providing support in the complaints procedure process, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation as needed What we are looking for: Proficiency in DB (Defined Benefit) pensions administration, legislation, and regulation Some experience in supervision or management, with a knack for effective coaching and development Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and monitor tasks within your team Proficiency in MS Office suite and pension administration systems Ability to maintain composure under pressure A PMI qualification would be advantageous This role will ideally be aligned to an Aptia Office in the UK on a hybrid-working basis.
