Job description
Our client is an award-winning manufacturing company based in Stoke on Trent. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
As the Credit Controller, you report to the Financial Controller. Duties will include:
- Collecting outstanding payments by email and phone
- Liaising with internal staff to resolve customer queries
- Entering receipts on Cashbook/SAP and reconciling on a daily basis
- Process credit notes
- Confirming payments have been received and releasing held orders
Candidate requirements for the Credit Controller position: - Previous credit control experience
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Computer literate, ideally including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to build good relationships with customers
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional at all times
Hours: 30 hours per week, over 4 days
Pay rate: £12.07 per hour (£24,500 per annum pro rata)
