About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketplace Manager to join our fantastic team here at WCF Pet & Equestrian . Based at either our site in Wigton (Cumbria) or Peterborough (Cambridgeshire) you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital growth strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of our own brand products and services.
You will work with our dedicated and passionate team, ensuring our omni-channel approach to market captures the values and unique selling points for which our stores, product and team are known for and are proud of.
The role is a full time position. Part time working will be considered.

About you:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful online B2C growth strategies for own brand products particularly on Amazon. Direct experience with product launches.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights with a demonstrable understanding of digital marketing shopping and social channels and tools.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- High level of business acumen to drive decision-making both at sales and profit level.
- Demonstrate understanding of web technology, data feeds, browsers, analytics and content management systems.
- Experience of managing changing priorities, working under pressure and problem solving.
