- Location: Peterborough
- Salary: £40,000 basic salary plus bonus, OTE £45,000
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm), no weekends.

As a Vehicle Warranty Claims Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, SLAs, and claims spending.
- Monitor team productivity
- Resolve claims within defined limits across multiple platforms.
- Act as the primary contact for queries from the UK team
- Conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Implement new training processes
- Conduct weekly audits, and provide feedback to Claims Analysis and People.
- Address complaints related to claims following the company's complaints process.

Qualifications needed for this Warranty Claims Team Manager vacancy:
- Previous workshop or team management experience
- Background as a Technician, Workshop Controller, Warranty Manager, or Assistant Service Manager. Level 3 Qualification and technical experience essential.
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Experience within the insurance/call center industry is desirable
