Job description

Medical Secretary URGENTLY needed in Muckamore Abbey Hospital. This post in Antrim is set to start immediately and is needed until the end of June however this could be extended. This will be a part time role working three days per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a working time of 9am – 5pm.

Duties:

• Typing duties, working on medical clinic letters, memos, forms etc.
• Answering telephones, speaking to patients, parents and doctors. 
• Email response 
• Audio typing using a Digital Dictation System 
• General Secretarial duties. 

To be successful in the shortlisting for this role, you need to have the following:

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths 
• Relevant Secretarial experience
• Excellent typing skills are essential, looking for someone who is a strong, fast and accurate typer. 
• Willingness to complete enhanced AccessNI Check
