Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Nottinghamshire (Nottingham/Derby/Leicester)
Salary: £25,500 per annum

Are you a Maintenance Assistant looking for a new opportunity where no two days are the same?

Our client is looking for a General Maintenance Assistant to handle planned and reactive non-technical maintenance across various healthcare sites in the Nottinghamshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Ensure all tools and equipment for maintenance are available and in working order.
• Assist with general repairs and maintenance.
• Comply with health and safety procedures.
• Work to uphold quality standards.
• Identify non-repairable issues and provide alternative recommendations.
• Respond promptly to service call requests.
• Handle any other reasonable requests from your Line Manager.

Requirements:

• GCSE standard education.
• Building Trade Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds).
• Previous experience in General Building repairs.
