Job Description

The role involves providing initial client support, managing communication via phone and email to resolve most issues promptly, remotely addressing common faults, and taking full ownership of problems for utmost customer satisfaction. Over time, responsibilities may expand to include client visits, product education, aiding in process enhancements, and training new team members post-training.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate possesses a full UK driving license, prior experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Support, excellent written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in collaboration and individual work, a positive work attitude coupled with a keenness to grow skills, an eagerness to explore innovative technologies, and the capability to maintain quality under pressure and meet deadlines!
