International Business Development Executive – Poole – Salary £30,000 + Commission

We have a unique, once in a lifetime opportunity to join a growing family based business based in Poole as an International Business Development Executive. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

This role has an excellent career path which opens the door into international sales and the chance to travel worldwide. This is an ideal opportunity for a business graduate to enter the world of sales. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm with 2 days working from home.

Main responsibilities :

• Work through a list of target markets and identify suitable distributers
• Identify business opportunities and execute a plan to drive products and services
• Create a strategy and meet with clients in order to work and agree a business plan
• Check regulatory requirements in order to market products and sign off business plans
• Create strong working relationships with clients to build a solid network across the globe
• Negotiate product prices depending on market trends and shipping costs

Person Specification :

• Good sales experience
• Strong IT skills
• Willingness to travel to other countries
• Excellent ability to build rapport and can communicate with a mixture of people
• Entrepreneur mindset
• Strong negotiation skills

Desirable :

• Degree in Business Studies or similar
• French speaking beneficial
