Job Title: Multi-Skilled Electrically Biased Engineer
Location: Northampton
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Back Shift)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Electrically Biased Engineer to join a leading food processing company based in Northampton. This role offers a competitive salary of £47,000 per annum, along with a range of additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs on a variety of food processing equipment including Depalletisers/Palletisers, fillers, labellers, cappers, sealers, and vertical form fill seal machines.
- Performing electrical fault finding and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Experience with PLC systems, particularly AB & Siemens.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food processing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong electrical engineering skills and the ability to conduct fault finding.
- Experience with PLC systems, particularly AB & Siemens.
- Familiarity with equipment such as Depalletisers/Palletisers, fillers, labellers, cappers, sealers, and vertical form fill seal machines would be advantageous.
