We are delighted to announce we are growing and have an opening for an Administrator within the Vehicle Services Admin Team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to further their career working in a fun and friendly environment.
As a part of the Administration Team within Vehicle Services, there are a variety of tasks supporting different areas of the business across the UK and Ireland, that will keep you busy! Our fast-paced department involves working independently and within the team to complete daily tasks and deadlines. The successful candidates will be working closely with Remarketing, Fleet Strategy, Accounts Payable, and will have fantastic exposure to European Head Quarters.
As a team we are responsible for processing all vehicle administration duties; RFL Taxing, Transport Invoicing, handling of spare keys and V5’s and much more. We are looking for exceptional levels of accuracy, attention to detail and productivity in this administrative opportunity.
ResponsibilitiesLocation: Victoria Road, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1EJ
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 depending on Experience
Hours: 40 hours per week – alternative shifts of 8am-5pm or 9am to 6pm
