Job description

We have a unique opportunity for a Project Manager working on a project with one of our clients who are based in Manchester.

The projects will be between the value of 5M– 14M and the project you will be managing will be a mix of projects ranging from:

• Drylining and partitioning
• Structural fire protection
• Suspended ceilings
• Joinery installation
• External wall insulation

All projects will require experience in Drylining and Ceilings (suspended). It is also preferable if you have Fit Out experience. These projects will be in/around Manchester and the Greater Manchester area.

This opportunity is an on–going freelance role and you will be reporting into the Regional Manager and Contracts Manager.

The ideal Project Manager must have:

• Drylining and Ceilings experience
• CAT A & B Fit Out experience
• Client facing experience
• Have experience in delivering projects and leading a team.
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Project Manager.
• Very good computer skills
